On August 25, 2015, the PROCONDO - Programa de Autorregulamentação da Atividade de Administração Condominial (Self-Regulation Program of the Condominium Administration Activity) was officially launched, the result of the initiative of a group of entrepreneurs who joined together to promote the development and dissemination of a code of conduct for the condominium administration sector, with a focus on the quality of service provision.
Inspired by examples of success in other countries, the self-regulation process is already a vitorious reality in Brazil. Implemented in other segments, such as the Brazilian Coffee Industry Association (ABIC) and the National Council for Self-Regulation in Advertising (CONAR), the initiative aims to bring benefits and transparency to the condominium management segment.
Under the leadership of ABADI - Associação Brasileira de Administradoras de Imóveis, the PROCONDO certification aims to identify and regulate condominium managers who are able to carry out the condominium management activity with the quality, safety and experience necessary to meet the needs of their clients, the condominiums.
The condominium administration goes beyond the good practice of procedures for the full exercise of the activity, visa the benefit of the people who live in condominiums. From this commitment, PROCONDO certification is configured as a set of rules and parameters that comes to guide companies and bring more benefits both to the segment and to society.
It is with great pride that we announce that PRECISAO is one of the first certified Administrators! We go through a thorough internal audit process, conducted by Bureau Veritas, one of the largest specialists in this type of certification.
